Florence LaRue was a founding member of the 5th Dimension, along with Billy Davis Jr, Marilyn McCoo, Lamonte McLemore, and Ron Townson. Florence attended a workshop I gave in Los Angeles earlier this year. She was gracious enough to do this interview and share her seasoned perspective on an enduring career in music.
